Katrina started practicing yoga to find relief from the stress of being a full-time mother and a full-time high school teacher. From the moment she set foot on the mat, she realized that this practice is what she had been missing all her life. She believes that the first step to finding peace is to recognize what you can and cannot do. Also, maintaining peace is striking a balance between pushing yourself towards doing something more and stopping when you know you have reached your limit. She applies these principles in her Vinyasa, Aerial, and Barre classes.
