Vinyasa Yoga merges movement with the breath. Students will move through a sequence of postures as the breath flows in and out. Find balance of the body & mind by facing physical challenges with increased awareness.

 

Open level classes range in difficulty & offer variations for a different abilities. Evolve your practice.
