meet the teacher

Tingting has always been passionate about movement. In school, she did rhythmic gymnastics, dance, and mat yoga. Years later, when she was trying to find herself in motherhood, she discovered aerial hoop and aerial yoga. The rest is history. She received her 200-Hour Vinyasa Teacher Training with Atmananda Yoga. She is also certified in Aerial Yoga + Advanced Aerial Yoga with Om Factory, Restorative Yoga with Yoga Vida, and Kids Yoga with Yogi Beans. Tingting believes aerial is for everyone. Aerial has brought her so much joy, and she feels humbled and grateful to be able to share that joy with her students.
