Vinyasa Yoga merges movement with the breath. Students will move through a sequence of postures as the breath flows in and out. Find balance of the body & mind by facing physical challenges with increased awareness.

 

Open level classes range in difficulty & offer variations for a different abilities. Evolve your practice.

Showcase your act at our annual Holiday Cabaret Celebration, plus don’t miss the chance to perform at NYC’s iconic Slipper Room (additional fee applies)!  Intermediate Level.
