private / PARTY policies

Yes. All students under 18 must complete a Waiver signed by a legal guardian prior to the start of ANY class. The Waiver form is available at the front desk or can be downloaded HERE.

Payment in full is required to secure your session. A convenience fee will be applied for any off-site, off-hours or rush bookings that take place less than 48 hours before the event.

- A minimum of 48-hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session, at which point 50% of booking price is refundable (for cancellations). - Cancellations requested less than 48 hours before the event are NOT refundable.
