Virtual Couples Workshop
Not sure how to spend your Valentine's Day this year?
Want to enjoy a deeper sense of intimacy & appreciation for one another?
Spend some precious time with your partner, friend, or family member applying the healing blend of yoga stretches and loving touch that is Thai yoga. Enjoy a special reminder to make time for touch in your relationship — a gift the two of you can share throughout your lives. In this 2-hour workshop you will learn to give and receive Thai bodywork and a guided bodywork sequence. Renew your connection, tenderness and playfulness: guaranteed the best date you can have.
We will finish with your choice of refreshments to further sweeten the mood, as your imagination and creativity invite!
SESSION SET-UP: Traditionally, Thai massage takes place on a wooden floor, however we invite you to set your space with pillows, cushy mats, blankets, or a firm mattress to add extra comfort and tenderness. Feel free to set the atmosphere how you desire. We recommend using either bluetooth speakers or wireless earphones to listen to instructions, and suggest light music to help you and your partner relax.
NOTES: Any participants who are working with specific injuries,
please email us in advance at: info@omfactory.com
PRE-REQUISITES: All are welcome!!
