Jessica Chin fell in love with yoga after her very first class and her love for yoga has only grown deeper and more profound with time. She was recovering from injuries when she reluctantly came to her first yoga class and immediately felt a difference in her body.
Jessica completed Kula Yoga Project's 200-hr Hatha/Vinyasa Teacher Training with Nikki Vilella and Schuyler Grant. Most recently, she completed Kula's 75-hr Advanced Teacher Training. She loves moving to the metronome of her breath and her classes are alignment-focused, creative, intelligent, and dynamic.
She believes that a mindful yoga practice can be a vehicle for meaningful change and transformation of the body, mind, and soul. Jessica hopes to share her knowledge and offerings of her inspirations and passions to enable students in the discovery, possibility, and actuality of yoga (both on and off the mat); and to being a more enlightening and positive guide to those around her.
