Bria began her yoga teaching journey in 2008. She now hosts yoga getaways, mindfulness hikes, and restorative/deep relaxation sessions. A Texas native who moved to NYC to attend Columbia University, Bria loves nature, traveling near and far from her NYC home base, curating her leg warmer collection, cooking, and gourmet dark chocolate. Besides yoga, she practices Reiki healing. Bria also enjoys other movement forms such as Pilates, Feldenkrais, and dancing like nobody’s watching.
