Dear Om Factory Community,

In 2006, in a factory building on West 37th Street, our dear Faramarz had a vision for an urban oasis that would become Om Factory. Starting with a one room studio, Fara lived, breathed, and nurtured Om Factory in our Fashion District space. To everyone who has been with us since those beginning years — thank you. We love you more than words can express.

As our unique community grew over the years, our hOMe on 37th Street gradually took over half the 17th floor, and eventually in 2012 we opened our USQ studio. Our slow and steady expansion into Asia began in 2013, and we are now blessed with successful studios open in FIVE countries!

We have now come to the next stage in our evolution, where we say goodbye to our beloved flagship Fashion District space in order to bring our two NYC studios into the same building at 873 Broadway, Union Square.

Aparigraha, or non-attachment, is an important practice for yogis; we are however, very much attached to our students, clients, and friends who have kept us alive all these years. We hope you all continue to support us at our new boutique studio on the 8th floor of our current Union Square building. Your favorite mat classes and teachers will be there, plus much more aerial & Cirque offerings — all under one roof. For a breath of fresh air between classes, visit the Farmers' Market, or grab an espresso from our friends next door at Tarallucci.

We're sad to leave our hOMe in the Fashion District behind. But we're also extremely excited for all the possibilities that this move will create for our community.
