Vinyasa merges movement with the breath. Flowing through a sequence of asanas synchronized

to the breath warms the body, allowing students to move deeper into poses and over time — deeper into

foundation level

This is a safe space for students who are brand new to yoga, as well as those who want to grow their practice from a strong foundation of postural alignment & skillful breathing. Strength & flexibility are not required, and will be gained through regular attendance. 

 

Deepen your breath, tap into inner strength, and become more aware of the relationship between your mind and body. Special attention is paid to learning alignment principles so students can progress safely to intermediate classes.

 

Foundation level classes also teach a need-to-know for all yogis — 

how to modify poses to fit individual needs.

 

All shapes, size, ages, and abilities are welcome in this class.

 


open level

Open level classes serve students who have a regular practice and are looking to evolve to the next level, regardless of what that may be.

 

These classes will vary in range of difficulty, and teachers will offer variations for every student in class. Fiery vinyasa flows get students moving at a quick pace, challenging endurance as well as strength.

 

Classes may include arm balances and intermediate inversions, and no matter what, students should expect to be push the limits of their flexibility and focus.

 

We recommend that beginners develop confidence in Foundation classes before jumping into this class.

 


Forrest-Inspired Vinyasa

This open-level class blends elements of Forrest Yoga with the dynamic movement flows more common in a Vinyasa Class.  Deep breathing and abdominal exercises will fortify your core and allow you to move more deeply into poses.  

 

Pose modifications and hands-on adjustments will be given to tailor poses to your individual needs. Get the best of two class styles in this fun fusion class!

Vinyasa Community Class

These $5 Community Vinyasa Classes create a unique opportunity for students to practice with emerging teachers who have been recently certified or are currently completing yoga teacher training through Om Factory’s 200-Hour Program.

 

Our community vinyasa teachers share their knowledge in a supportive environment with students of all levels.

 

Flow and Meditate Community Class

Join us for a short 30-minute Vinyasa flow geared to get your body ready for a 25-minute meditation in the is $10 Community Flow and Mediate Class. 

 

The mind like any other muscle must be exercised. Sitting. Standing. Walking. Lying down. Do you do any of these during the course of an ordinary day? If so, you could be practicing meditation! This class will introduce you to a variety of formal and informal meditation techniques that can form the foundation of a meditation practice.

 

Each instructor will offer their own unique approach to teaching the practice. In Om Factory’s community class program, teachers gain confidence through the process of giving back to everyone who desires to join in the flow.
