Fit to Flow is designed to help you feel strong and fierce in those elusive, challenging poses taught at the end of class. By toning and sculpting every major muscle group, this class complements your regular yoga practice while pushing your strength and flexibility to new heights.
Each week, we will break down a new peak pose and add yoga props for resistance. Fit To Flow addresses areas of the body that get "tight" while working at a desk all day. We'll warm up, flow, then work through a series of dynamic movements in preparation for a peak pose before we cool down and end with Savasana. All levels welcome.
