Small class size creates a supportive, safe & fun environment. Weekly attendance is encouraged to promote progressive learning — however, drop-ins are also welcome.

aerial SILKS 101 / BASICS

Aerial Silks 101 educates both complete beginners and students who would like a refresher on the basics of Aerial Silks. This class prepares students for all other levels of Silks by teaching them how to climb the fabrics, create footlocks and safely condition their new aerial muscles on & off the ground.

It's time to fly even if you're not sure you have wings...

  • Warm up and cool down exercises will be given to prepare
the body for flight and allow it to settle back down to the ground.
  • We recommend taking this class 2-4 times to gain the technical skills,
as well as the physical & mental confidence to attend Silks LEVEL 1
