This is a safe space for students who are brand new to yoga, as well as those who want to grow their practice from a strong foundation of postural alignment & skillful breathing. Strength & flexibility are not required, and will be gained through regular attendance.
Deepen your breath, tap into inner strength, and become more aware of the relationship between your mind and body. Special attention is paid to learning alignment principles so students can progress safely to intermediate classes.
Foundation level classes also teach a need-to-know for all yogis —
how to modify poses to fit individual needs.

Open level classes serve students who have a regular practice and are looking to evolve to the next level, regardless of what that may be.
These classes will vary in range of difficulty, and teachers will offer variations for every student in class. Fiery vinyasa flows get students moving at a quick pace, challenging endurance as well as strength.
Classes may include arm balances and intermediate inversions, and no matter what, students should expect to be push the limits of their flexibility and focus.
We recommend that beginners develop confidence in Foundation classes before jumping into this class.
Inversions are often referred to as the kings and queens of our yoga practice, but many of us struggle to perform these challenging postures. This specialty class will infuse a vinyasa yoga practice with specific techniques meant to help you conquer your fears of being upside down. Our focus will often be on handstands, but forearm balances and headstand variations will also be explored. If you are hoping to gain confidence balancing on your arms, this is the class is for you. Experienced practitioners will also benefit from targeted exercises that will improve their existing technique.

Vinyasa Core will ignite your core as you flow through creative sequences designed to target your abdominals, obliques, spine and pelvic floor. A challenging class, yet accessible to all, vinyasa core will allow you to flow with breath and build strength simultaneously. This class will leave you standing taller and more connected to your center physically and spiritually.
Open-level classes: While new beginners are welcome, open level classes generally seek to serve students who have a regular practice or are looking to evolve their practice to the next level. These classes will vary in their range of difficulty, and will offer variations for different levels.
Om Factory's $5 Vinyasa Community Classes create the unique opportunity for students to practice with our emerging teachers who have recently been certified or are currently completing their teacher training through Om Factory’s 200-Hour Vinyasa Program.
At these Community classes, emerging teachers gain confidence through giving back to everyone who desires to join in the flow. Each instructor offers their own unique approach to teaching the practice. All levels welcome.
